1. FAIRWINDS offers Early Direct Deposit to members who set up direct deposit with their employer or payor, allowing access to funds up to two business days before your scheduled pay date. Early access for all direct deposits is not guaranteed and may not be consistently available. The timing of when these transactions are credited depends on when the employer or payor submits the information to us. Not all direct deposits qualify; direct deposits are limited to electronic deposits such as payroll, pensions, and government benefits through the ACH network. We reserve the right to determine whether certain deposit amounts, deposit types, or member accounts are excluded from the service. If funds are made available early but not collected, you are liable to repay them, and overdraft fees apply. FAIRWINDS may modify or terminate Early Direct Deposit at any time without notice to you.
