We will perform scheduled maintenance on our online and mobile banking platforms from May 4, 1:30 a.m. ET to May 4, 5:30 a.m. ET. During this maintenance, online and mobile banking services may be temporarily unavailable.

Service Interruption

We are experiencing service interruptions with Zelle and external transfers. Other app services including Cash App or Venmo are available for immediate needs.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to restore full access as quickly as possible.

We are experiencing intermittent service issues with online banking and the mobile app affecting some members’ ability to access their accounts. We are working to restore full, uninterrupted access as soon as possible.

Please note that:

  • Your FAIRWINDS debit and credit card transactions remain unaffected.

  • Scheduled bill payments and transfers will process as normal.

FAIRWINDS Virtual Assistant - We encourage you to use the FAIRWINDS Virtual Assistant to help you serve you with the following:

  • Check account balances

  • Make payments for credit cards or loans

  • Transfer money between your FAIRWINDS accounts

  • Check recent transactions

Important Fraud Alert

Some members have reported receiving phone calls that appear to be coming from FAIRWINDS’ official phone number and posing as a crewmember from the fraud department. These fraudsters may say there’s suspicious activity on your account and ask for sensitive information.

Remember:

  • We will never ask for your full card number (or even the last 8), PIN, online banking credentials, or Zelle account information over the phone.

  • If you’re unsure about a call, hang up and contact us directly using the number on the back of your FAIRWINDS Credit or Debit Card or from our official website.

Your safety is our priority. If you receive a suspicious call, let us know right away.
