Some members are currently experiencing intermittent service disruption with their FAIRWINDS Visa Debit Card. FAIRWINDS Credit Cards are not impacted.
If you need to withdraw cash, please visit your nearest FAIRWINDS or partner location branch. For all other transactions, we recommend temporarily using another form of payment.
We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to restore full service as quickly as possible.
Some members have reported receiving phone calls that appear to be coming from FAIRWINDS’ official phone number and posing as a crewmember from the fraud department. These fraudsters may say there’s suspicious activity on your account and ask for sensitive information.
Remember:
We will never ask for your full card number (or even the last 8),
PIN, or online banking credentials over the phone.
We will never ask for your online banking multifactor code.
Use strong, unique passwords for online banking and email accounts. Update them regularly with strong, unique combinations for each account and avoid reusing old passwords.
