1. Locate the FAIRWINDS Mobile Banking app on your mobile device. If you have not already downloaded the app, search FAIRWINDS Credit Union in the searchbar of your preferred app store.
2. Launch the App
3. From the Log in page, select Sign Up in the bottom left handcorner
4. Enter your Member Number as the username and the last 6 digits of your social security number as your password.
5. Click Continue
6. On the Secure Sign Up screen, complete the fields. Any applicable requirements will display as you select each field.
7. Enter your Personal Information and Contact Information.
8. Click the Terms & Conditions link to review the conditions of service
9. Read the information
10. Click the X icon to return to your registration
11. Select the checkbox to acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions of service
12. Select Complete Sign Up to proceed
13. Congratulations! Your sign up is complete. Before you can log in, we need to verify your identity.
Click Confirm contact information
14. Select your desired method of receiving a one-time passcode.
15. You will receive instructions to text us or receive our call, depending on the method you chose.
16. And that's it! You're done. Welcome to Mobile Banking.
