What is MRC?

Mechanical Repair Coverage can help pay for unexpected, covered repair costs as your vehicle gets older. This can include anything from repairs to your engine to your entertainment and security system.

Coverage Options

Silver Plan

This includes basic repair coverage for components such as your transmission, engine, wheels, front and rear wheel drives, steering, brakes, air conditioning, suspension, and more.

Gold Plan

Includes everything with the Silver Plan plus hybrid and electric vehicle features. Also receive repairs on advanced components like sensors, radiator parts, fuel tank, and more.

Platinum Plan

Includes everything with the Gold and Silver Plans plus luxury features like GPS navigation, Bluetooth, entertainment system, and other miscellaneous repairs.

Things to know when filing an MRC claim:

  • Take Your Vehicle to a Licensed Repair Shop – Ensure the facility obtains prior approval before beginning any covered repairs.

  • Claim Approval - The repair shop will need to call (800) 752-6265 to submit the claim. If approved, the payment will be made via credit card through the administrator. You will still be responsible for your deductible (if applicable).
