Please note that the following documents may be needed to fulfill your request:

  • For businesses that have been a FAIRWINDS member for less than 3 months:

    • 3 months' bank statements from your previous financial institution.

  • For businesses requesting the ability to transact more than $20,000/day:

    • 1-year business tax returns.

  • For businesses requesting the ability to transact more than $50,000/day:

    • 2 years of business tax returns.

By submitting this form, I understand each individual owner and signer on the account authorizes the Credit Union to check their individual credit account and have a credit reporting agency prepare a consumer credit report on them.
